\nClient: Government of Saint Lucia<\/em> \u2013 Ministry of Health\u00a0represented by the Office of National Authorising\u00a0Officer\/EDF<\/em><\/p>\n

Planning, implementation, design, production of working drawings and tender\u00a0documentation, and supervision of construction for a new 153 -bed National\u00a0Hospital of approximately 14,000 square metres total area and set within a\u00a0prime 15-hectare site on the outskirts of the Island\u2019s capital city. The\u00a0departments to be incorporated within the new hospital include Accident;\u00a0Emergency; Radiology; Medical Cardiology and Respiratory Medicine;\u00a0Physiotherapy; Critical Care; Operating Suites; Children, Surgical and\u00a0Medical Wards; Gynaecology and Obstetrics; Acute Mental Health Ward,\u00a0Dialysis Unit and the like together with all associated infrastructure, support,\u00a0administration, and accommodation facilities. The service disciplines\u00a0provided under the consultancy agreement include health and hospital\u00a0planning, quantity surveying, architectural, civil, structural, services, medical\u00a0equipment and environmental engineering. Approximate Contract Value\u00a0\u00a331.5 million.<\/p>\n
